Tune Threshold Tolerance

The Tune Threshold Tolerance feature enables you to fine-tune your monitoring thresholds for those parameters that have numeric values. This feature can be helpful to either tighten your monitoring or make it more flexible to prevent frequent alerts. The fine-tuning would depend on each system’s behavior and your specific needs.

To access this feature, right-click the Hardware icon > KM Commands > This System’s Settings > Tune Threshold Tolerance.

Tune Threshold Tolerance Parameters

Threshold tolerance can be fine-tuned by increasing or decreasing the values in percentages for numeric parameters of the following components:

•	Fans: Speed and SpeedPercent

•	Network interfaces: ErrorPercent

•	Temperatures: Temperature

•	Power supplies: UsedCapacity

•	Voltages: Voltages
