Microsoft Search KM for PATROL requires no configuration to discover and monitor indexing services within your BMC Performance Manager environment.

Once the KM is installed and properly loaded having met all prerequisites as described in the Installation Guide, an icon labeled Microsoft Search appears in the Console and the KM discovers all the indexing services of the managed system.
