BMC Performance Manager Monitoring Studio was developed by a BMC Software partner, Sentry Software, and is sold by BMC Software under BMC Software’s software license agreement and maintenance conditions. BMC Software also provides support for this product. BMC Performance Manager Monitoring Studio needs to be installed like any regular Knowledge Module for PATROL on a managed system with the PATROL Agent. Please refer to the Installation Guide for more information on how to deploy Monitoring Studio. The product can be downloaded from BMC Software’s Web site (www.bmc.com) and Sentry Software’s Web site (www.sentrysoftware.net).

The examples provided in this document require a PATROL Agent and a PATROL Console (or PATROL Central Windows or Web Edition) with BMC Performance Manager Monitoring Studio.
