This consumer parameter shows state of the Service instance.

Detailed Description

This consumer parameter, set by the ARCServiceCollector collector, shows state of the Service instance. The rules are; if the Service is set to Automatic (i.e. it is supposed to be running) and is down, the state will be ALARM. If the Service is set to manual and is down, the state will be WARN, other wise OK.
