Installing the Package

This chapter provides a step by step procedure to install a monitoring solution package:

1.	Download the installation package.

2.	Extract the installation package that is appropriate for your operating system. The package is extracted to the bmc_products directory on the current host.

3.	From the bmc_products directory, run the installation utility for your operating system:

▪	(UNIX or Linux) RunSilentInstall.sh

▪	(Microsoft Windows) RunSilentInstall.exe
