This connector discovers the enclosure and the disks of IBM DataPower Appliances as well as the various environment sensors (temperatures, fans, power supplies). It relies on the SNMP protocol.

This connector is not available for the local host (it is applicable to remote hosts only).

Connector Activation Criteria

The IBM DataPower (SNMP) connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all of the criteria below are met:

  • An SNMP Get-Next on the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.14685.3.1.100.1 must return a value in the same subtree
