Hardware Sentry connector for IBM BladeCenter Management Module

Should you install this patch?

Apply this patch if you are using Hardware Sentry to monitor the chassis of an IBM BladeCenter with less than 4 power supplies.

What does it fix?

For IBM BladeCenter chassis, Hardware Sentry was incorrectly reporting 4 power supplies even if only 2 were actually installed.

How to install the patch?

Install the MS_HW_IBMBlade.hdf file in the %PATROL_HOME%\lib\MS_HW_hdf directory of the managed server. Restart the PATROL Agent for the patch to take effect. Nothing needs to be installed on Console systems.
