This patch fixes an issue with the SNMP Polling feature when looking for a String or extracting a Numeric Value. The data was not properly parsed.

How to install the patch?

Install the SW_sentry_snmppolling.lib file in the %PATROL_HOME%\lib\psl directory of the managed server. Restart the PATROL Agent for the patch to take effect. Nothing needs to be installed on Console systems. Warning! Once the file is installed, the KM stops working until the PATROL Agent has been reinitialized.
