BPME for Hardware connector file for Ipmitool

Should you install this patch?

Apply this patch if you are using Ipmitool to monitor the system.

What does it fix?

- Adds support for version 1.8.10 of ipmitool
- Fixes issue with additional column in the Power Supply status table
- Adds exclusion list to prevent incorrect enclosures being selected.

How to install the patch?

Install the MS_HW_Ipmitool.hdf file here :
%RSM_HOME%\RSMxx\SEN_HW\hdf_2700\
The RSM should be restarted after copying this file into the above directory.
