Should you install this patch?

Apply this patch if you plan to use %{PARENT_PARENT_...} macros to get grandparent information.

What does it fix?

Macros starting with %{PARENT_PARENT_...} were not returning the proper result.

How to install the patch?

Copy the following file to the %PATROL_HOME%\lib\psl directory on the managed server:

  • SW_sentry_actions.lib
Restart the PATROL Agent for the patch to take effect. Nothing needs to be installed on Console systems.
