Should you install this patch?

Apply this patch if you are getting no collects, collector failures or large numbers of missing devices.

What does it fix?

Isolates the network card (show interface) command from the other collects, as it can take 10 minutes to complete, to allow other components to collect and to prevent no collects/timeouts for other classes.

How to install the patch?

Copy the following files to %RSM_HOME%\RSMxx\SEN_HW\hdf_27xx\ on each RSM:
