Install this patch if you need to modify the polling interval of the IBM SVC KM.

What does it fix?

The modifications made to the polling interval were not taken into account.

How to install the patch?

  1. Unzip P1578.zip
  2. Copy the following files to the $PATROL_HOME/lib/psl directory on the server where the PATROL Agent runs
    • SEN_SVC_kmcommands.lib
    • SEN_SVC_specific.lib
  3. Restart the PATROL Agent for the patch to take effect. Nothing needs to be installed on Console systems.
