The PortCount parameter has been added to the SEN_CMPL_STORAGECENTER application class to report on the number of ports on the storage center.

When a new Enterprise Manager is added, the KM now instantaneously creates the corresponding instance in the PATROL console without waiting for the discovery to complete.
