Known Issue
| • | NBU-565 - If an older version of the product has been previously imported into the repository, the old product name "Symantec NetBackup" will appear in the Monitoring Solution pull-down list when creating a new policy. To solve this issue: |
| 1. | Open the solution_list.xml file stored in %BMC_PROACTIVENET_HOME% \pproxy\depot_directory\bmc_products |
| 2. | Locate the following line: <product key="nbu">Symantec NetBackup</product> |
| 3. | Replace Symantec NetBackup with Veritas NetBackup |
| 4. | Remove the monitoring solution from the repository |
| 5. | Upload the monitoring solution package. |
