Description

This connector discovers and monitors the multi-core processors (SPARC T1, T2, T2+ and Intel Xeon) through the psrinfo system command.

Connector Activation Criteria

The Oracle/Sun Solaris - Multi-core Processors (psrinfo) connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all of the criteria below are met:

  • Operating System is Oracle Solaris
  • The command below succeeds on the monitored host
    • Command: /usr/sbin/psrinfo -vp
    • Output contains: physical processor has [0-9]+.* virtual processors (regex)
