Whats New

SENHDS-1105: The MetaEntityType infobox parameter has been added on the SEN_HDS_ARRAY application class to report on the system model (Storage.Hitachi). This parameter is updated upon each discovery cycle.
SENHDS-113: Hitachi Disk Arrays KM for PATROL now discovers and reports on iSCSI-mapped volumes (HDS G-Series only). iQNs (iSCSI Qualified Names) are displayed in the Hosts parameter of the SEN_HDS_VOLUME application class and in the LUNs Mapping Table.
SENHDS-1087: Hitachi Disk Arrays KM for PATROL now supports Hitachi Unified Storage VM (HUS VM) through the Hitachi Embedded SMI-S Provider.

Changes and Improvements

SENHDS-1099 : Hitachi Disk Arrays KM for PATROL requires Java 1.8.00 or higher to perform properly.
SENHDS-1099: Changes have been implemented to enhance the performance and behavior of the Collection Hub:
Hitachi Disk Arrays KM for PATROL now uses its exclusive Collection Hub instance and files are no longer shared with other KMs to prevent compatibilities issues.
The Collection Hub debug files provide more detailed information about its operations.
SENHDS-1099: The overall performance of remote Windows commands analysis has been significantly improved.
SENHDS-1111: The list of hosts accessible by a volume is now reported by the Hosts parameter of the SEN_HDS_VOLUME application class instead of the Volume Infobox.

Fixed Issues

SENHDS-1117: The StatusInformation parameter of the SEN_HDS_ARRAY application class for HDS G-Series storage systems now reports complete and accurate additional information about the Status of the array.
SENHDS-1111: The Hosts parameter of the SEN_HDS_VOLUME application class now reports a complete and accurate list of hosts accessible by a volume.
SENHDS-1099: The Collection Hub now supports a larger amount of simultaneous requests timeouts.
SENHDS-1059: Some VSP Gxxxx Series' volumes sharing the same label were not properly discovered.
