Cisco UCS Manager (REST)

Description

This connector provides hardware monitoring for Cisco UCS Blade chassis (as well as the Cisco Fabric Interconnect Switch) through the REST UCS Manager (running on the Fabric Interconnect Switch).

Connector Activation Criteria

The Cisco UCS Manager (REST) connector will be automatically activated, and its status will be reported as OK if all the below criteria are met:

  • The HTTP Request below to the managed host succeeds:
    • POST /nuova
    • Request Header:
      Content-Type: application/xml
    • Request Body:
    • The response body contains: Authentication failed (regex)
