Some technologies are unable to inform a 'back to normal situation' when performing the monitoring with String Searches, SNMP Traps, and Windows Events. You may at times want to manually acknowledge the alerts and reset the MatchingLineCount, MatchingTrapCount, or MatchingEventCount parameters to zero. To manually acknowledge alerts, right-click the object icon > KM commands > Acknowledge all and Reset.
