Sentry Software has been fighting against climate change since 2008 by developing software to reduce the environmental impact of IT infrastructures. Convinced by the urgency to act at a broader level, Sentry Software has recently become a shareholder of Time for the Planet®, a community financing innovation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Sentry Software has invested €10K, from which a minimum of 90% will finance large-scale innovations, like Leviathan Dynamics, Beyond the Sea, Carbon Time, etc., to help save and capture thousands of kg of CO₂ yearly. In 2022 alone, the innovations financed by Time for the Planet® saved 9,483,200 kg of CO₂. And this is just the beginning!
