Connector for Fujitsu Eternus DX Disk Arrays

Should you install this patch?

Install this patch to improve the identification of the instances of the Logical Disk class.

What does it fix?

Logical Disks are now better identified by type (Volume, RAID Storage Pool, Thin Pool, etc.)

How to install the patch?

  1. Copy the following file the %PATROL_HOME%\lib\MS_HW_hdf or $PATROL_HOME/lib/MS_HW_hdf directory on the server where the PATROL Agent runs:
    • MS_HW_FujitsuEternus.hdf
  2. Re-initialize Hardware Sentry for the patch to take effect. Nothing needs to be installed on Console systems.
