Hardware Sentry connector for IBM Director 5.20 - Linux

Should you install this patch?

Apply this patch if you are using Hardware Sentry on a IBM xSeries server running Linux and plan to install the version 5.20 of the IBM Director Agent.

What does it fix?

This patch adds support for the version 5.20 of the IBM Director Agent on Linux systems (Hardware Sentry 1.4.00 supported Director 5.20 on Windows only and 5.10.3 on Linux)

How to install the patch?

Install the MS_HW_Director52Linux.hdf file in the $PATROL_HOME/lib/MS_HW_hdf directory of the managed server. Re-initialize Hardware Sentry KM for the patch to take effect. Nothing needs to be installed on Console systems.
