Should you install this patch?

Apply this patch if you need to monitor a Brocade SAN Switch that is embedded in a blade chassis, like DELL m1000e Blade Chassis or HP BladeSystem chassis (non-exhaustive).

What does it fix?

The embedded switches report themselves as "Storage Access" devices instead of "Switch", which was not properly recognized by the connector.

How to install the patch?

Copy the following file to %RSM_HOME%\RSMxx\SEN_HW\hdf_27xx\ on each RSM:
